Digital Marketing Agency — Hamilton, Ontario
What we charge and how. Whose name the accounts are in. What it costs you to leave. What didn't work last month. Published before you ask, because an agency that only says these things out loud is telling you something.
Usually not by bad work. By things nobody mentioned at the start — the fee that turned out to be a percentage of ad spend, the website that couldn't be moved, the Google account in the agency's name, the report that only ever contained good news.
None of that is illegal and most of it isn't even deliberate. It's what happens when the awkward parts of an arrangement get left for later.
Don't run ads under roughly $1,500 a month — the management fee eats the return. Don't rebrand if nobody can find you yet. Don't build an app so customers can book. Each of those is on the page selling that service.
At least one line a month on what underperformed and what we changed because of it. Reports with only wins are either luck or editing, and after a few months you can't tell which.
You deal with the people doing the work. No account manager layer, and a limit on how many clients we can take — which is why we'd rather turn down work that doesn't fit. Meet the team.
In writing
Ask these of every agency on your shortlist. The answers vary far more than the websites do.
What we do
The orange line on each is when we'd tell you to spend the money elsewhere.
Local search, technical fixes and Google Business Profile work, reported on leads rather than rankings.
Not if you need leads this month Web design →Sites built to pass Core Web Vitals and stay yours, with platform lock-in stated in a table.
Not if yours just needs fixing Google Ads →Flat fee, your account, your admin access. Performance Max reported by channel, not as one number.
Not under ~$1,500/month Social media →Reported on saves, shares and bookings. Inbound DMs routed into your CRM with automatic first reply.
Not if nobody can answer a message Branding →Four measurable baselines captured before design starts. Full file and font licence handover.
Not if nobody can find you yet Software & automation →We count the hours your process burns first, then work up a ladder where custom is the last resort.
Not for a two-hour-a-month problem App development →Three published criteria decide whether an app earns its cost. Clear none and we recommend a web app.
Not just so customers can book All services →The full directory, plus a short guide to working out which problem you actually have.

By industry
We only publish an industry page where we can point at a client. Slower than claiming twenty specialisms, and more useful to you.
Where we work
Our office is in Hamilton. Each page below covers that market specifically — including where our own reach has limits, which we'd rather state than let you assume.
Also serving Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Binbrook and Grimsby as part of Hamilton.
We'll work out which of the seven you actually need — including when the answer is none of them yet. No obligation either way.
