All services

The right-hand column is when not to buy it. That's usually the more useful half.

SEO

Technical fixes, local search and Google Business Profile work, reported against leads rather than keyword rankings. Built for a search landscape where half of results end without a click.

Not for you if You need leads this month. SEO takes three to six months to compound — start with ads and run SEO alongside.

Web design & development

Sites built to pass Core Web Vitals, capture first-party data through your own CRM, and stay yours. Platform lock-in costs stated in a table before you commit.

Not for you if Your current site is structurally sound and just slow. Fixing beats rebuilding, and costs a fraction.

Google Ads

Flat monthly fee, never a percentage of spend. Account in your name with your admin access. Performance Max reported by channel so you can see where the money actually went.

Not for you if Your budget is under about $1,500/month. Management fees eat the return — put it into local search instead.

Social media

Reported on saves, shares and bookings — never follower count. Inbound DMs routed into your CRM with automatic first response, because that's where most social leads are lost.

Not for you if Nobody can answer a message within a day. Fix the response gap first or the content just creates unanswered leads.

Branding & graphic design

Identity work with four measurable baselines captured before design starts, so you can judge it on evidence later. Full file and font licence handover in your name.

Not for you if Nobody can find you yet. A rebrand is an expensive way to stay undiscovered — do distribution first.

Custom software & automation

We count the hours your current process burns before proposing anything, then work up a four-step ladder where building custom is the last resort, not the first.

Not for you if The process costs you two hours a month. No software investment repays that — it needs to be closer to twenty.

Mobile app development

Three published criteria decide whether an app earns its cost. Clear one and we build. Clear none and we'll recommend a progressive web app for a fraction of the price.

Not for you if You want customers to book through it. That's a website job, and an app adds friction rather than removing it.

Our work

Five sites you can open right now

These screenshots are generated live from the real URLs, so they show whatever the sites look like today. Open them, test them, run them through PageSpeed if you like.

Not sure which

Start from the problem, not the service

"Nobody can find us" A visibility problem. SEO if you're building for the long term, Google Ads if you need leads this quarter. Most businesses eventually run both.
"People visit but don't call" A conversion problem, and more traffic makes it worse. Usually the website — speed, mobile layout, or an unclear next step.
"We're drowning in admin" Not a marketing problem at all. Automation — and often the fix is a setting in software you already pay for.

If none of those describe it, the twenty-minute call is free and we'll tell you which one you actually have — including when the answer is that you don't need us yet.

Where we work

Hamilton and the western Golden Horseshoe

Our office is in Hamilton. We work across the surrounding region — each page below covers that market specifically, including where our reach has limits.

Also serving Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Binbrook and Grimsby as part of Hamilton.

By industry

Sectors we have real work to show

We only publish an industry page where we can point at a client and a result. The list grows as the work does — which is slower than claiming twenty specialisms, and more useful to you.

Still not sure?

Book twenty minutes. We'll work out which of the seven you actually need, and say so if the answer is none of them yet.
